OK, Guys - just look at the curtains. Besides the curtains in Biden’s video being a totally different color/reflectivity, there is NO PATTERN on those curtains. Whereas there is an OBVIOUS pattern on the curtains in Trump’s photo...

IT guy here. IP phones are easy to move around. As long as they are on the same network they keep their settings and function identically regardless of location. Biden may have wanted his "old phone" setup back.

The small box is probably an encryption device between the phone and ethernet. It would make sense for Biden to get new physical phones.
