Found the same room from an August event. I’m thinking that there are removable panels on those spots that can be replaced with ones with electrical cord holes. The Trump whitehouse team was better at staging things in a professional manner so you didn’t see them or the team made sure to use sockets on the other side of the camera view.

Event from Aug for comparison. At 16:10 you can see the camera pan and zoom across the same area. Noticeable shadow on that panel. So I think it’s removable and replaceable. Simple explanation.
