If they had chosen to stand in the center of the carpet...it wouldn't be there. If POTUS had stood a bit closer to the edge, it wouldn't be there. If Pence had kept his left foot straighter - it wouldn't be there. But, because of a confluence of minor details [staged]....we have Pence's foot adding the tail to the Q.
