Just checked my android phone, found that EBS alerts were turned OFF

I never turned them off so an update or something had to have done it. Check your phones frens.

Android here, mine was on and I updated just yesterday. No issues with apps either. This is nothing, but you should definitely make sure it's on so you don't miss out.

Settings -> Apps & Notifications -> Advanced -> Wireless Emergency Alerts
