?‍♀️ Would he nice if it was true. It looks like it’s only for Alabama, Arkansas & Mississippi. Those are the only three listed.

I think you're misreading. The order doesnt only apply to those 3 states, the order says those 3 states' guards shall be used to preserve the U.S., no?
