It seems those are instances where the insurrection act was used in the past. I’m just confused about the statement about laws active January 21, 2021.
I think you're misreading. The order doesnt only apply to those 3 states, the order says those 3 states' guards shall be used to preserve the U.S., no?

i think i get it this is what needs to happen for the NG to arm up and go to dc? witch they did? thus confirming?
Someone else pointed out maybe those are the last times the act was used. Each of those 4 entries have dates beside them. Again, I hope it’s true but I don’t think there’s enough to say yes the act is initiated.

It says that those were previous uses and it has their associated amendments.
1963 or whatever. They amended the IA to put it in for a descript locale.
I don't know if the IA is in place atm, I'm just pointing out that those were amendments.
