Intake a plastic shield you can see through it and it keeps my breath cool. It only covers my mouth and barely my nose . I seriously struggle with the mSk so I barely use one. Flying sadly gives me no choice and i.must for work. I've endured much worse but when it's over I'll be super happy about it.
