No- actually that’s completely false. First of all, trumps image is completely on the line, always. We know this. If he had called insurrection act BEFORE the inauguration, it would’ve easily caused a civil war. The media would’ve had a field day with it and people all over the usa and the world would be scared, he would’ve looked like a tyrant. Like hitler. Trumps job is over for now. He was meant to wake us up, and move the “chess pieces” where they needed to go. Then he has to bow out. Let the military take control when he was completely out of the picture so they couldn’t blame anything on him. A constitutional lawyer said explained this to me. Joes “papers” that he’s been signing to undo all of trumps work haven’t been updated on the official website, and they ALWAYS. ARE. they won’t let jow into the pentagon. The soldiers turned their backs on him. They wouldn’t let him fly presidential. I’m telling u- the military KNOWS what happened. And I believe they were the ones with a lot of the plans. Now that trumps out of the way, they can do their job. If they don’t in 29 days, well that would be a cause for panic. But right now, things could look up.
Also when Biden left the podium to go into the capital building, the Marines did not salute him. One more indication, the military does not recognize Biden as the commander in chief!
I also noted that the Presidential Salute Battery did not do their 21 shot 88-Canon salute immediately after the swearing in during the 'Hail to the Chief' music. I've watched every inauguration live since I was a kid because I'm a history geek, picked that up right away. Later there was a 'video' of a salute at Arlington which made no sense. But the Battery was at Joint base Andrews when Trump left on AF1 and they fired during the 'Hail to the Chief'...
That doesn't mean anything, they could have just saluted him anyway, if they did recognise him. Or not saluted him even though he's officially recognised. People aren't computers that follow strict programming.
Marines at Marine Barracks, 8th and I, would disagree with you.
Edit: commas.
You self-identify as a computer that follows strict programming?
Sorry, wrong. Trump didn't have to announce the Insurrection Act, and there would have been no "civil war" if he did. The only requirement he had was to tell the people suspected of insurrection to disperse, which he clearly did on the 6th. "Go home. We need peace. Go home" After that, the Insurrection Act could have been silently activated. We don't need to know. The Insurrection Act is not on the same timeline as the arrests. It sets the stage for it, along with the other EOs, in particular 13848. It wasn't the "light switch" to start rounding people up and everyone shooting at everyone.
Nah man, ur wrong, for real- you’d have to be pretty dumb to think that he’d do it when he’s in office. It would cause an outrage. The blame needed to be on someone else then he could step in. Use ur brain for a sec bud
Are you a moron? If he didn't declare the IA active while he was still in office, when would he have done it? Use your brain. People would not have flown off the handle if he enacted the IA while he was still in office, because that's exactly what they did. He didn't HAVE to tell us, or anyone else, if he followed the rule of law to enact it. Which he did. What makes you think they would have started killing each other immediately?
All of Biden's EO's are posted @ WH not Fed register -

edit to include new info
That's just a PR page as I see it. They are not listed here. https://www.federalregister.gov/presidential-documents/executive-orders
OK, that makes sense. Looking at Trump's EO though, 4 day lag to publish them -
