Ok, doing a little more research on this. It is being widely reported that Pedo Joe signed Executive Orders on the first day, but some outlets are reporting he signed Executive Actions. (CNN link below, and there were a few other sources)
I am not a lawyer, but how I understand it, Executive Action is like a wish list and does not carry the same weight or legal support as an EO. The EA is more of a guideline and can be undone by Congressional Legislation if passed. That might explain why they are not showing up in the registry yet.
Are the 17 confirmed at EO's? or is the media misleading by conflating the terms?
