Would of been done in secret with transponders off if it was just a test...the drone been up there for 3 hours and counting.

Not according to my son who actually WORKS there. In fact, it's just the opposite of what you wrote. Real-world op = transponder OFF | Training/testing/eval = transponders ON. You have a good day now newbie.
