Not over DC. over Chesepeake Bay east of DC running loops (training?)

Yeah... I zoomed in more after I posted and noticed that.

Still not something I've seen flying around the US. I assume that if it was anything other than training it probably wouldn't be tracking.

I've observed the U-2 running training loops out in CA a few times in the past week.

The only plane that's bright RED 60,000 ft.
