As one who lives in AZ and had to put up with "why don't you recall McNoname" for years, there is only one official way in the Constitution to get rid of a Senator, and that is that 2/3 of the Senate votes to expel him/her. Ain't gonna happen, and if there are state laws allowing it, a Senator would surely argue that it goes against the Constitution.
There is but we must learn what it is and then take it back along with the other rightful duties and responsibilities that we're supposed to have.
