my fear is that the military doesn't know they have the authority to do this. 11.3 is just a buried forgotten law...

The military has leadership and the leadership are in the know for sure. They have spoken to Miller, They have spoken to POTUS. I have no doubts on that.

The real question is: what the hell are they currently doing??

Is there treason in military ranks?

Are they being threatened as well?

Are there mutinies?
