I know there have been a lot of posts about this. Was wondering if there is proof? Obviously there is reason to believe it could have been. Charlie Ward claims he received the tape 10 hours ahead of time. But it’s hard to take anyone at their word right now.

I'm not sure either way. BUT I do know for a fact he was sworn in before noon. I don't ever remember a pres being sworn in BEFORE noon.
