It is typical for newly ex-presidents to have temporary flight restrictions placed over their physical location. I don't think there are guidelines as to long long they are provided TFRs, but I can tell you that GWB still has a TFR over his home north of Dallas (and he's been out for 12 years).

That said, the absence of a TFR over Trump's physical location is curious.
