Look to the right of their username and if there is an icon that indicates a new account. Click on the username to see both history and on the right side of screen you will see how old their account is.
I have been seeing A LOT today that are an hour old and younger, crazy!

It is most likely Media Matters and or Share Blue. They get paid for replies so I wish everyone would just DEPORT them.
