So the theory is Biden is just pretending to be POTUS. Here's a few things to keep an eye on:

Travel on Air Force 1 or Air Force 2?
Saluted by members of military?
Sign or veto any bills?
Meet with any foreign leaders?

What am I forgetting?

Sworn in earlier than the constitution specifies.

Military won't salute.

No 21 gun salute at inauguration.

First "POTUS " in recent history not to arrive in a government plane.
