Luckily this post will help others. Had trouble finding it myself for a dooming ex mil friend until I used the search function on here. I'm actually glad that sticky was posted about the search bar because I just assumed it didn't work like on TD. Maybe it works now but I recall it being disabled since it was part of the problems the site was experiencing.
I think there was a sudden push by/of pedes to that win cause everyone spread word of it one day, printing stickers, telling their friends, I remember during that time search was just bunk as hell for a long while
