It seems there is a lot of ignorance regarding the facts of Corp U.S.
Team Law explains it very clearly, hopefully it clears up any confusion or incorrect assumptions:

Also try and find army training manual 2000-25
This is the best resource by far, thanks.
Idk how important it is or what it means, but bankruptcy was filed in 2020. Here are some details. Docs found on pacer website - but you have to pay for them & give personal information
https://pacer.uscourts.gov
chapter 11 bankruptcy united states corporation case no 20-40375-KKS United States bankruptcy court northern districts of Florida Tallahassee division
Tax ID # 13-6149455 5-4-2020
Decedents ss# 126-56-2303 - uses the name “Roger Allen Moore”
DUNS number 040539587, 003254885
Executive office of the United States govt - WH address
Trump signed President/CEO
Represented by Phelps Dunbar
Fake af. To quote Joe Biden, "C'MON MAN!!!" you could do better than that you troll.
Look at the letterhead.
Now look up all the other official WH letterheads (to include informal letters and official memorandums) ever signed by Trump. See the difference?
Other issues:
Typos e.g. "it's" and "its" - if this was legally binding or represented/written by legal counsel, then no way is this going to fly
Signature. He always signs to the RIGHT (even in business/official letters) and his signatures are never that small. That signature is copy/pasted.
The tacky underlines. I lol'ed.
Image quality. A printout of a photocopied and scanned document? With your finger in there? Sure makes it seem very authentic, topkek
Ever heard of screen shots and that nice little PrtScrn key?
Go away shill
Faked and debunked this today already. This image is photoshopped, disgusting that people are so desperate to mislead.
Here's the sauce to the real court docket documents for this most likely CHINESE shell company.

"Excepts" was a big give away.
Can´t you read? United States corporation COMPANY.
I don't understand your snapback comment.. I searched this using the same court ID number from the supposed bankruptcy documents.
Hmmm... CEO. Any others we can find, and for how long? Are actual images of signed Trump's EOs available anywhere? First place to look.
You have to make an account with Pacers. Then I searched by the name of the corporation and chose the bankruptcy cases from last year. There were like 4. Opened and chose docket, then had to open individual portions of the filings. Each one you open costs $ according to how many pages it is - 10cents per page. I printed the last one because it’s the most important IMO. I went down that rabbit hole fact checking the video from beach broadcast. Turned out to be true - but idk what it actually means as far as how it affects the people. Not a legal pede
Really appreciate the info! Need to do some coding tomorrow for my business web site, but will probably dive into this come Monday.
It's fake, see my post and the one by u/JustAnon
Be careful of shills & trolls
Got it.
