We're the ones watching the movie, everything we are seeing happen now is castle rock not just the oval office. Q/Trump/whitehats are directing the movie. Trump is POTUS.

I certainly do hope Trump and company shadow govern them the way Obama tried to all his first term, only I think Trump would be more successful.
