Guys, hammer and scorecard were not turned off in 2016. It’s clear from the research I’ve seen that hammer and scorecard can only move a relatively small number of votes. If they do a ton, it becomes obvious that something is amiss. Usually in closer races, this amount is enough to sway the election. Hillary Clinton had it turned on thinking it was enough (why wouldn’t she think it was enough? She had the election in the bag), and explains why she was extra angry on election night. She thought she was unbeatable.
Same thing happened with Biden, media totally gets it in the bag for Biden, but when Trump has a landslide victory, instead of only relying on hammer and scorecard, they stop counting and start ballot stuffing. This is also evidenced by Hillary telling Biden in no way should he concede.
