Looks like they landed at Cecil Airport. If that means anything to anybody. Now just a C560 doing doughnuts near DC

Came here to post this. Kind of curious. Btw, KC-135s have other missions then being flying gas stations. Some are outfitted with surveillance capability. I used to have a list of them.
