As far as I understand, this is not allowed in the US. All land sales are public, they must be registered, notarized and entered into the public land record. Even if it was a private sale it would have to follow the same procedure. They also have to publicly announce the property was transferred, typically using the newspaper.
that or leave it. i dont really care bro. all i said was, that its interesting. you accusation that its a larp has no basis either. i thnk i have shown more of a basis than you have shown in disapproving it. you make a blanket statement
Here is my reply to another one of your shill buddies. He keeps pushing it as truth as well, coincidence? I did the research and this is a FAKE website. The Sonoma county parcel search should be enough, legitimate source.
Thinking it's a shill site.. Nothing checks out, there is no Somerset Belenoff(other than the conspiracy "queen bee") or a "director-General" of the "World Governing Council". There is a "House of Wettin" in Germany, but no one by Belenoff. There is a Bohemian Grove owned by a SF based Gentlemen's club, but I can't find any records it was recently sold or listed, the tax search shows the last time it was sold was 1975. LInks below, you can search the tax map if you're interested using the address on wikipedia 20601 Bohemian. Spent longer than I had anticipated on this because Bohemian Grove is some creepy stuff.
did it ever occur to you that it has only recently been sold and the paperwork isnt in the public domain yet. and mate. stop over reacting. all we said was that this is interesting. just because you searched for public info doesnt mean that you have conclusively cracked the case.and i suggest you search for the Glamis family???? not the belenoffs
did it occur to you that the sale could have been private and unlisted

I find it odd you're pushing this LARP so hard..
