Otherwise SCOTUS would have had to take the case: i.e. one state suing the other. Not a lawfag. Just a thought

Otherwise SCOTUS would have had to take the case. State vs State.

But since SCOTUS are just employees of USA INC, the court showed that they don’t actually have the jurisdiction. People have been looking at it backward
