In point of fact, there is no such thing as constitutional rights. Our rights are endowed upon us at birth by our Creator. That is the source, or origination of, our rights. The term "constitutional right" infers that our rights originate from the constitution, which would mean they come from man, or from government. That simply is not the case, no matter how badly government employees want you to believe that.
This understanding is critical, especially in a court of law.
