I don't see what shipping laws have to do with the distinction between federal corporations with clever names like "State of California" vs the actual California state.
Maritime admiralty law can be traced back however as it pertains to us this is what I can relay.
There are five jurisdictions of law in the US: Maritime admiralty law is the law of Commerce its the law that governs trade and the law you break when you go to court. All court rooms in the US are maritime admiralty courts as noted by the flag with yellow tassels. I think there is one common law court in PA.
Common law or the law of the land. This is the law the governors actual human beings, it consists of three things. You can not hurt or kill anyone, you can not break or take anyone's property, and you can not commit contractual fraud.
The other three are military law, law of air travel, law of space travel.
What is important to understand here is that the constitution grants rights to the prosperity of the United States. "we the people for the prosperity of these United States" ect. This means that you need to be a citizen of a state to be part of the prosperity. Citizens of the United States don't have any rights under the Constitution because they're not a party to it. To be a citizen of a state, like a citizen of Texas for example, you must claim to be so. Originally birth certificates didn't exist, your name was written in the family bible to show that you were born as a human and thus a citizen of the state and a party to the constitution.
So what? Well there is a bunch of other stuff you have to learn. Like what is a registration form? A transfer of ownership. What is an example of a legal maximum? Let those who will be deceived be deceived. What is a basic right and how you have one? Rights can only be claimed by the individual. If you don't know a right, how can you claim it? You can't, obviously. Basic rights are inalienable. The root word is lien. A lien is a loan. In other words basic rights can't be loaned away. They can't be legislated away either. Turns out. So what are basic rights? The right to travel. The right to not self harm. The right to breath. The right to medicate. The right to remain silent. The list doesn't necessarily have an end. You have all the basic rights you can claim. So how then are you arrested and charged for doing things that are obviously basic rights? Well you agree to represent your legal fiction when a cop asks for your name and birth date. You willing choose to step into their jurisdiction. Then they fine your legal fiction or business for breaking maritime admiralty statue law or commercial law. Now I'm not saying do not consent to a cop if he's trying to kidnap you. If you don't know how to safe guard yourself judge's could throw the book at you if you do accidentally step into their jurisdiction. There is so much to learn on this topic if you want to use it to avoid speeding tickets. If you really want to learn more study the freeman society and Rob Minard if you are in Canada, Aboriginal law if you are in Australia, or constitutional rights, common law citizen, or how to claim your basic rights, if you are in the US. It has been over a decade since I studied it and do not know what has been purged from the net. I'd be happy to talk further on this topic. There is so much.....
P.S. this is not sovereignty or sovereign citizenship. It's putting yourself under the jurisdiction of common law by claiming state citizenship.
I’d love to know more and I think it’s fair to say much of it has probably been removed from any website inexperienced people can find. I live in the US so I’d mainly be curious about that.
I have read a tiny bit based on what I could find relating to admiralty courts and the flag, such as how these courts do still hear normal common law cases and they seem to recognize both jurisdictions at the same time but I don’t know how accurate that is.
I can’t find any legal description of a flag including fringe and any website questioning the fringe just has people saying it’s for decoration but if you can just add stuff to the flag what’s the point of having a flag code such as title 4 of US code that defines the design of our flag.
Exactly. Now you are thinking like a patriot! Questions are good, its when they give non answers that you have to raise an eye brow.
Other things you should know.
In the US we had a great reset that took place over an 80 year period or so. From the end of the civil war up through ww2. This moved us from a constitutional government to a corporate one. It established maratime admiralty law jurisdiction over the land mass of the US and created for state citizens a US citizenship and created legal fictions or businesses that operate in that jurisdiction. This is why there are tassals on the flags. This is why there is a gate you pass through in the court. There are also water markers above each courthouse signifying that your legal fictions is floating on water.
What is a registration form? Registration is legally a transfer of ownership. When you get something registered you effectively are transferring your ownership to the entity you are registering it too. For example, your car is registered to the state. This is why they take it and sell if for profit if you leave it somewhere they do not like. Taking your property and selling it for profit is called piracy. So how do they do it legally then? You all ready gave it to them when you registered it to them. Works the same way for your house and children.
What is a birth? A dock. What is a canal? A river. What is birth canal? A river that leads to a dock. So what is a birth certificate? It is a registeration contract that transfers ownership of your child to the state. Or maybe more properly termed the estate.
Maritime admiralty law comes from the need for captains to have authority on their vessels. They were the judge and could dole out punishment. After returning to land they needed to transfer authority of the ship to the dock master. This way they could take leave and there was another party legally responsible for the chattle, or goods on board. They did this through registration. After taking leave the captain would return and the dock master would register the ship back to him. In this way the captain was legally protected from loss to the owner of the ship while it was docked.
Contract law states that if a contract is signed in the absence of one of the parties, for example, if a contract is signed between the guardians of a child and the state, then the contract has to be balanced for the absent party or child in this example. The birth certificate is a contract that does a few things. It sets up a legal fiction for the child, the legal fiction is what is represented in court. It grants the child a bond number to discharge debt too equal to the value of the child's life upon registration, something like a million dollars when it was first created. This bond number is on the back of the original birth certificate and is kept in the county records office. When a copy is requested they do not copy the back. It also has the seal of the banks stamped on the back too. Think of it like an insurance policy. The state got the fiat currency system as its side of the contract. It achieved this through the second contract, the social security contract, ownership of this bond number is transferred to the world banks who in turn give the government debt based money, and the government gives you a really shitty health insurance plan. It is in this way that you have a legal fiction created that you unknowingly represent in admiralty court, you give what is essentially unlimited equity away to fiance the fiat currency system, and the state treats you like a child. Child are considered indigent and only have rights that are granted to them, they can not claim rights like a common law adult. Legally you are a child in the eyes of the state until you tell them you are not. Hardly anyone ever does. It has to do with that Maxum of law, let those who will be deseived be deseived. That means the court can lie to you and if you don't know any better, fuck you. There is so much more... Ask questions and I'll answer and add some more if I can.
P.S. You have the unlimited right to contract. You can create and sign a contract with any entity. You can cross out, rewrite and initial any part you don't like. If you sign your name on a contract with the words "with out prejudice" in front of your name the document can not be submitted as evidence in court. The secretary of state instructs their employees not to accept any documents signed in this way, even though the employees are not told why and legally they have to file the document anyway.
P.S.S. Look up a notice of claim of right, understanding and intent. A contract sent through a public notary if ignored by the recipient is treated as if they have signed off upon it. It is common in the US to wright out a notice of claim of right, in where you list all the basic rights you intend to claim. A contract like this must be left open ended with a question, like "if this is not the case please tell me why and where you derive authority." Then have it notarized and sent to every politician in your jurisdiction, including the governor and president. They will ignore it and it will be attached to your record. This way when a cop asks for your ID, you respond with your name, not title or birth date, they will look up your name see the paper work, cops are legally required to read notices. They will realize they have swarn an oath to protect you and then leave you alone. Or they won't and kidnap you in which case you sue. That's another episode though.

Here is another website I just found, you may also find it useful in your quest. They may or may not agree with everything I've stated. It's been a while for me and It is important to note that lawyers and judges sign contracts saying they won't talk about this shit or be disbarred. One of the reasons why it's not common knowledge.

It's global set of laws, dating back to Pharoahs/ Phoenicians later Venetian.
