Do you have a source for that? The only one I've seen so far is some random verified guy on twitter, but he's since deleted his tweet and I can't find anything when I search. Injunctions should have a paper trail in PACER or something right?

Maybe this is what Barr was up to when it looked like he wasn't doing much except buying time for the DS?
