In Jan my wife and I moved to Seattle and immediately came down with the coronavirus, lost our sense of smell and everything. I'd already read about and knew about it. We went to an urgent care, they didnt mention a thing, didnt find it weird thats we'd lost our sense of smell. I knew more about the virus then the doctor did. My point is, they didnt give a shit until it was politically useful.

I got the same thing and I'm closer to Olympia. My sense of smell still hasn't returned and it's been like a month.
man everyone loses their sense of smell when they have a fkg head cold...
imagine if i tell you a new deadly virus is coming that starts with a cold sore on your lip....
every asshole with cooties is gonna freak and run screaming to the ER.
Thank you. People act like this is a new symptom but it's always been a system for anything ear, nose or throat related.
You don't understand. Zero congestion, just a total loss of smell and taste.
It depletes your zinc reserves. Zinc corresponds with smell and taste.
Not trying to be a smartass here but if you work in a democrat city, wouldn't that actually be a benefit?
NO, this was ZERO congestion with a loss of smell.
I still haven't got my sense of smell back yet.
