The same FBI geniuses that let their boy Robert Hanssen spy for the commies for over 20 years and it took a defecting fuckin KGB guy to tell them about it? I dont remember but there had to be some garage door pull-ropes or businessman duly-elected to POTUS to investigate at the time because nobody can just spend all that time jus jerking off. But I could be wrong.
