okay sorry look at my post below and read 45-55 like Champion said, it is kinda confusing to read the legalese but you can do it and it will help you in further research!!

Basically there is a way that "justice shall be done" that doesn't require the power of congress OR the ILLEGITIMATE "president" Xiden
