I'm confused...why would military tribunals be hiding behind scotus? To protect the snowflakes from losing their minds? I don't understand the logic behind it. Military tribunals act completely separate from the court system so why would this be any different?

That would stand to reason though. This whole theory revolves around minimizing loss of life, so the concept holds.
