There is no need to speak in tongues anymore. We have the complete Word already in the New and Old Testament. Anyone claiming to speak for God anymore is a false prophet
Sorry, you 're so Wrong but I will not waste my time arguing with someone who is so completely ignorant of the Word of God or the Person of the Holy Spirit.
I'm ignorant? If someone is claiming to have the Word of God, why are they not adding those words to the current Bible? Also if you claim to speak in tongues if you read your Bible you would know it wouldn't be done alone, but in the presence of at least an interpreter. It's like claiming you can turn invisible but only when you are in a room alone and no one can watch you do it
It's called having a PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP with Christ! Prophecy Never Stopped with the publication of the Bible. Neither has the Holy Spirit Ceased its operation in our world. I truly feel bad for Christians who do NOT allow the Third person of the Trinity into their Spiritual Lives! Jesus Himself Condemned Anyone who Blasphemes against the Holy Spirit and what is a Greater form of Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit than DENYING its Power and its Presence in our world?
Ok and that relationship is communication through prayer and the reading if the Holy Scripture. God does not need to speak to anyone in dreams or physically anymore because the Bible is complete. Anyone claiming that God speaks to them needs to add to the Bible, hence how easy it is to call out false prophets
