Absolutely! They just cheat the most there. This has been going on since forever. There is no way these people vote these grifters back in year after year. They can only ‘win’ through cheating and they know it!

California was solid red from 1900 - 1988 with occasional interludes for FDR, LBJ (Goldwater year) and then went blue starting in 1992 after Simpson Mazzoli which legalized the illegals but maybe it's the first year they really started the cheating..,
