BIG BOOM! On January 17th, the U.S. Marine Band uploaded the official Presidential theme "Hail to the Chief" to their gulagtube page. We know on January 20th, they played "Hail, America" instead, breaking from tradition. This confirms it was deliberate. (www.youtube.com) ? SHITPOST ?

Hail to the chief is a like bugle call, it means something specific. It is played when the CIC (president) enters an area, like an announcement of his arrival. It was played for Biden. Trust me in this subject, lol.
