IMHO the time he's sworn in doesn't matter, he becomes illegitimate POTUS at 12:00.
This is actually how its works... it just states he shall take the oath before his duty starts it does not specify before or after he has become president...
This is correct. POTUS at noon no matter what. Cannot assume duty until oath is sworn.
Usually, the VP is sworn in a little before noon, then honors, then POTUS is sworn in right at noon-ish, then honors, then POTUS speech.
Yes! All true!
And it doesn’t matter? Why?
Not legal in the first place.
Because unlike you, most of the sheeple are blissfully unaware that the Constitution was written with "words", and words have meaning....
Because he’s not the real president. However nothing I can do about it right now except wait
The time before noon doesn't matter, what matters is the election was fraudulent and treasonous so not valid.
Yeah. It was about 11:45 AM and Kameltoe was inaugurated before him which I believe is reversed from the past.
