twatter feels like an after party clean up crew now. Ever so often, someone picks up a glimmering object off the discard pile and turns it over and over, attempting to make a silk purse outta a sows ear.
Yeah...because of those remaining, the incoming newly created accounts of the banned get quickly resorted and refollowed. I have followed some for weeks without being sure it was the person I suspected it was.
