If it's dissolved, will the states that were added after we became a corporation still be states? Guess I'm not entirely sure what'd happen.

Every state also has the State Corporation, which, depending on their solvancy, might get dissolved as well (or maybe all of them will get dissolved). The original states and the republic will still be intact, unless a state decides to explicitly secede.
Good question, I believe that this return to constitutional republic may not necessarily be reverting everything to 1871 US laws but actually be the formation of an entirely new government possibly including other nations in the world that are not currently states.
Remember its not just out corrupt deep state being uprooted but many others around the world simultaneously - its highly possible this new nation could include more then just the US 1871 configuration of states or the current 50 states.
It could also be to be determined how all this will pan out, maybe some states chose to remain independent - very hard to say.
Don't think so as each state also has a State Constitution that pledges allegiance to the United States of America and the U.S. Constitution. But I am not a constitutional lawyer but I don't think they would allow a split of the states.
The States Constitutions are to the Corporation United States. Not the United States of America.
