Look it up on maps. You will see where the reporter was (the long balcony corner Louisiana Av. / 2nd Street). From there the flag field ... west of capitol....is obscured). Please look into it before making assumptions. This type of 'sensationalism' gives ammunition to MSM to make fun of Q.
