My buddy thinks it might be tape delayed, because they do that during live events. I on the other hand think there might have been 2 fake Inaugurations filmed. One on a cloudy day, and one on a sunny day. If you haven't seen this video supposedly filmed during the Inauguration on the 20th, there seems to be a stage built in front of the Capital.
