These are filings of individuals trying to reclaim their BIRTHRIGHT citizenship, through Natural Law. These aren't actual Federal or IMF court filings.
THESE ARE NOT PROOFS OF U.S. Corp's dissolutionment.
I've been digging into this pretty deep for 3 days straight now and haven't found one shred of evidence that U.S. Corp is now defunct.
However, what I did find is this fine, upstanding group.of Patriots that are organizing and taking the fight to [them] and [their] courts.
This is where we need to assemble as a People, the Lawful People to take our World back. What started with "Acts" being passed in 1870 & 1871, allowed for these banksters, schuckers, and jivers to do this with the rest of the World. So, it started with us originally, and IT MUST END beginning with us, as well.
The evidence we're looking for will be held by the International Courts and should also be found in the Fed database. Only, it's not there. There is no evidence stating Trump dissolved the Fed Reserve and brought it under the Dept of Treasury.
Even if he has, the disillusionment must also be approved by House/Senate vote.
This whole system is being perpetrated onto us thru the fraudulent use of the belief in the "color of law." In this regard, the "color of law" is interpreted as the "People's belief" that this is sytem 100% legal and righteous.
At this point, it can be argued that at least 50%+ will view our system as legal and righteous, meaning 50%+ will believe in one or the other. And since this has all been foisted onto us by the same "people" that govern us, beginning back in the 1860's, and we've done nothing about it (ignorance of the Law is not a legal excuse), then we now have to convene a State's Assembly to discuss and vote on the matter. That hasn't happeded in 150 yrs, and doesn't look to be happening any time soon. This all requires the individual States to intervene.
It also requires some hefty legal maneuverings because the same "people" that voted and appointed themselves into power fraudulently in the 1870's have also made it illegal for the People or the States to sue against the criminality and also sue for damages done as a result.
It is simply illegal to sue the Corporation of the UNTIES STATES for damages incurred as a result of their duplicitous and devious ways. Case in point: the U.S. Military. An Active Duty member, Retired member, Militia Member (NG/ANG), and/or Veteran CANNOT sue DOD, any of the individual Branches, NOR the FEDERAL Govt for malfeasance, injury, or death as a result of FEDERAL Foreign/Domestic policy.
But, "fraud vitiates everything," right? Yes, as long as a) you can undoubtedly prove it in a court of Law first. The difference isn't just in the wording and capitalization. If you thought college level English courses were bad with capitalization and punctuation rules, think again. Lawfare is the worst. Capitalization and punctuation, in both Natural Law courts and Admiralty Law Courts can mean the difference between life and death. It gets confusing and is a little difficult to explain, so you really need to see it for yourself and not rely on others to explain the difference. But basically, Natural Law is the Law of Land, Admiralty is Law of Sea/Air. Research the different distinctions. There are MAJOR differences.
So, the very first step is getting a Natural Law court to address this. That's what these filings and affidavits are. Next step is selecting State Delegates and getting them to convene the State's Assembly to meet and address the issue, vote in a new Senate, then we, the People vote in a new House and a new President to run the new federal Govt (again, notice the spelling), and finish up the Reconstruction that was never fulfilled when the last State's Assembly dissolved over 150 yrs ago. AFTER all that, once we have proper representation under Natural Law AND "color of Law," we THEN get to go and argue it in front of an Admiralty Court. Admiralty Court because it's Admiralty Law that governs International Law, Trade, Business, and Finance.
My suggestion is that everyone gontontheae two sites and start reading, ASAP. Start with the first link, follow the links in there. Lastly, talk to everyone you know and show them the info and get them to register, too.

This particular problem is ONLY fixable by the People. No other "incorporated" entity, such as DOD, DOJ, DHS, FBI, NSA, etc will help us at this time. Which is why, I think, there's no evidence to be found that undoubtedly states Trump did what all these other posts and "news" articles are eating he did. It didn't happen because the very entities involved with the 150+ yr fraud are the same ones Constitutionally bound to render assistance. These groups follow the Corporate Constitution (post 1878), not the Original. Trump never got the States to convene, either. So, were still barely treason water in this pool, folks. And in the Admiralty Law's eyes, were not even floating, were sinking.
Of course, the military "might" intervene and SCOTUS "might" rule in AZ's favor, but I wouldn't be holding breath while waiting. Those two links above provide a clear path forward, so I suggest we all do what we do best: research spread the word while also engaging in the legal battle ourselves.
