Cross reference from a Fox clip from 2012. Pause it when the info comes on screen and cross reference. Fox is MSM though so I guess they could be duped too... I would just think they would do their due diligence. Especially during the Obama years.
That sounds like it's one of those "registered agent" companies that offer incorporation services to other companies and handle their mail, etc. if the actual corporate office is actually in another state but they need a Delaware address to make everything look legit.
This is a common business practice. Delaware has long been one of the top states for incorporating companies because of its corporate-friendly laws and tax structure.

The case isn't what's important per say. It's the fact that US Corp is the debtor and one of the creditors is the US Trustee Program.
