I honestly don't think it's going to go as far as literal gulag sentences, no matter what people are saying about FEMA camps and cleansing. Too many people would pull guerilla tactics at the first sign of anything like that. Day in the Life is worth the time if you haven't seen it, though, great account of how bad things got in 1951.
