So... Did anyone else notice Biden was sworn in early? I looked and it was 11:49am when he placed his hand on the Bible. I thought that was odd. I know there’s nothing in The Constitution that states it must be done precisely at this time, but isn’t that the normal tradition? ( Anyone know why?) I didn’t think much of it, but yesterday during an interview Lin Wood said they began swearing in 17 (SEVENTEEN) minutes early. I know Kamala was first, anyone know if they really did start swearing in 17 minutes early??
