Not everything is doctored footage. The stutter happens in the whole screen, it's even just as obvious if you're actually watching the guy in the background at the time of the stutter.
Use more discernment people. This is what makes normies think we're just seeing things that aren't there and then they don't stick around to see all the actual credible things we have.

I'm glad you asked this, as it just led me to accidentally find dark mode haha.
If you 'swipe right' to open the sidebar, at the bottom you will find Settings. Within the settings, there is an option for 'Community Styling' - turn this to off & it will then provide the option to downvote (though you will lose the cool upvote animation - worth it :) )
