As far as i know, once he stated that he talked to Q on the phone, he was not to be trusted. Might he include some truth in his fiction, sure, though is it really worth risking drinking poison to potentially get a nugget of truth from a guy that claims to bang extraterrestrials?

Flynn's painter pal did a portrait of Parkes in a Uncle Sam outfit. Parkes loved it. I don't have a link handy, but it was around in the last few days. Intel guys go to intel guys to selectively leak intel.
