This seems too fantastical to believe. Is there any truth to this? Is this what Trump's EO on "freezing foreign assets" was really trying to get at?

The U.S. sold the 10-square-mile parcel of D.C. to international bankers post-Civil War? The U.S. became a corporation?

This all started in the 1822 with the treaty of Verona. Look into it. It was even discussed in congress in 1916.
