Dominion systems have electing the damned dems in since whenever they were adopted by the various states- in the beginning, enough votes GIFTED to go over the top in uncontested states and in contested states, pushing the envelope to bigger and bigger gifted gains, thus negating every voters decision on election day... Dominion systems are a pay to play scam that can/needs only be destroyed, not 'modified'...
