Why is it all so cryptic?

im new to this and have a srs question, ive read Q posts ive watched many videos and ive read the message boards and my question is why is it all so damn cryptic. whats gained by speaking in confusing riddles, giving us just bits and pieces, and forcing us to piece it all together and try to guess what is meant? If their is known information that is dangerous to America why not give it to us straight, not only would we be better prepared, but more people would be more apt to join the cause. I feel like a crazy person trying to connect everything together and guessing what's being said.
It's warfare, we are on the outside and caught in the fog.

Another angle is the whole Q concept is also being negatively reported by the good guys to show others. Imagine how many people look in to this thinking how dumb we are only to see the truth. If it was easy to decipher then the intrigue for others to wonder what’s going on wouldn’t exist.

This is the part I have a hard time explaining. My friend that I tried to red pill asked me how its cryptic if some many people are able to know about it.
