Wife brought up tonight when chatting about Q that there was a character in James Bond named Q. Anyone know anything about it? I haven’t watched any of them. Funny thing is that he starred in 17 of the films. No coincidences.

Yes, the gadget guy, probably inspired a lot of things, like my favorite after school cartoon, inspector gadget. I wouldn't be surprised if one of the main inspirations behind the creators of Q were Bond flicks.
