Actually NO COURTS HAVE ACTUALLY REVIEWED THE EVIDENCE. They have dismissed the suits for standing or technical loopholes. But if the Senate actually takes this impeachment to trial, the court will be FORCED to allow discovery, in which all the evidence can be presented.

I can't wait.
